Methodology#

Membership: the GICS Energy sector of the S&P 500 (oil, gas & consumable fuels and energy equipment & services). Utilities and independent power producers are a separate sector — the AI-datacenter power names live on the AI stocks list. Returns are total returns (dividends reinvested); dividend yield is shown by default since income is a big part of the sector's return. The table updates daily and sorts by any column. Past performance does not predict future returns; not investment advice.
