The short version: ChartRow collects the minimum information needed to run and improve the site.
Information you provide
If you join the ChartRow Pro waitlist, we store your email address, the price shown when you joined and any feature preference you choose. If you separately join ChartRow Weekly, we store your email, weekly cadence and consent record. If you create an account or contact us, we also process the account or message information needed to provide that service.
Site usage
ChartRow uses privacy-conscious product analytics and ordinary server logs to understand page usage, performance and errors. Waitlist email addresses are not sent to product analytics. Providers that help operate the site may process limited technical information on our behalf.
How information is used
We use this information to operate and secure ChartRow, understand which features people want, respond to messages, send material Pro updates when you join that waitlist and send the weekly market brief when you separately join the newsletter. We do not sell personal information or email lists.
Your choices
Pro and newsletter emails will include an unsubscribe method. You may also ask to access or delete information you provided by using the contact form.
Changes
We may update this policy as ChartRow evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
