About this data#

Splits come from our price vendor's split feed, synced twice a week and reconciled against the share counts each company files with the SEC, which is the same record our split-adjusted prices are built on. Ratios use the forward convention: 2:1 is two new shares for one; a 1:10 reverse split is ten old shares for one new. “Before” is the last close before the ex-date as it was quoted that day, “after” is the first close on or after it, and “since split” is the price change from that first post-split close to the latest close — dividends excluded. The universe is US-listed companies above roughly $10 billion plus the ETFs we track, so small-cap and micro-cap reverse splits are not here.

FAQ#

Which stocks have split in 2026?
25 companies and funds in our universe have split so far in 2026, 18 of them forward: ETHA (1:3 reverse split, Oct 6, 2026), CTVA (6.67:1 split, Oct 1, 2026), APH (2:1 split, Sep 3, 2026), IESC (2:1 split, Aug 24, 2026), MNST (2:1 split, Aug 11, 2026), SOXS (1:10 reverse split, Jul 15, 2026), TZA (1:10 reverse split, Jul 15, 2026), CRWD (4:1 split, Jul 2, 2026), MLI (2:1 split, Jul 1, 2026), DD (1:3 reverse split, Jun 24, 2026) and the rest in the table above.
Which 2026 split has performed best since?
CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. (CRWD) is up +22.7% from its first post-split close on Jul 2, 2026 to Oct 22, 2026, on a price basis. A split itself does not change what a company is worth; what moves the shares afterwards is the business and the market, so a good run after a split says nothing about the next one.
What is a stock split?
A company divides each existing share into several — in a 4-for-1 split a holder of 100 shares at $400 ends up with 400 shares at $100 — leaving the value of the holding, the company's market cap and every ratio unchanged. Companies split to bring a high share price back into a range that retail investors and option contracts handle easily. A reverse split does the opposite, consolidating shares to lift a low price, usually to keep an exchange listing.
Does this page list upcoming stock splits?
No. It lists splits that have taken effect, from a split feed reconciled against the share counts companies file with the SEC. Announced splits are not shown, because an announcement can be amended or withdrawn and we publish what we can verify. A split appears here on its ex-date.
